Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for roles specifically targeting the Remote Hiring Now market in Kansas City, MO, and Illinois.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages using advanced SEO techniques to increase organic traffic and applicant volume.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through strategic sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and refine job specifications for maximum clarity and reach.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies continuously.
- Conduct virtual interviews, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources, with a focus on remote positions.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Familiarity with the Kansas City and Illinois job markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
