Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic for clients.
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our recruitment and SEO strategies remain competitive.
- Provide daily pay access to eligible employees to ensure financial flexibility.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with popular ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
