Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve search engine rankings.
- Screen and interview technical candidates to fill open engineering and marketing roles.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Monitor website analytics and adjust SEO strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with SEO goals.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates in the Virginia and New Orleans tech markets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruiting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Located in or willing to commute to New Orleans, Louisiana.
- Familiarity with the Virginia job market is a plus.
