- Coordinate with design team for graphics and video production
- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare weekly performance reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with 1+ years in a professional setting
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Exceptional written communication skills with UK English fluency
- Strong visual design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with scheduling tools and content calendars
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
