- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to align social initiatives with business objectives
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging platform features
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional social media management experience
- Proven portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable ROI
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advanced knowledge of social analytics and reporting
- Experience managing paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
