- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster positive brand interactions
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality visual assets
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes
- Coordinate with PR and product teams for integrated campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media management experience in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of growing engagement and conversion rates
- Expertise in social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts into compelling content
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
