- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and written copy
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 24 hours
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns across digital channels
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging social trends
- Report on KPIs and present insights to leadership team quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience in B2C or B2B settings
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
- Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
