- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO data to continuously improve hiring funnels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates in the tech sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Recruiting or SEO within the US market.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and candidate sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web performance optimization.
