Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company-provided remote work infrastructure including laptops, peripherals, and specialized software
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to remote employees via ticketing systems and virtual channels
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for remote environments including VPN access and data encryption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize remote workflows and digital productivity tools
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for remote workforce
- Monitor system health and proactively address remote infrastructure vulnerabilities
- Train new hires on remote work technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or remote infrastructure management
- Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Windows/macOS environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS applications
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve remote connectivity issues
- Strong written communication skills for virtual collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- New Mexico residency required for occasional on-site visits
