- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets efficiently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
