Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to conducting virtual interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and build diverse talent pipelines.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track metrics, manage job boards, and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional feedback.
- Partner with the sales and engineering teams to understand technical skills and company culture fit.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the IT/software industry.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong ability to source passive candidates and navigate complex technical job descriptions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
