Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain company-provided home office equipment
- Document troubleshooting steps and customer interactions in CRM systems

- Conduct remote system diagnostics and implement solutions
- Train users on new technologies and equipment functionality
- Monitor support ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software diagnostics
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in home office
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
