Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to end-users via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for corporate assets.
- Manage and update the inventory of provided remote work equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the broader IT infrastructure team to troubleshoot complex remote access challenges.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting best practices.
- Proficiency with remote access software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
