Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional, and accurate support solutions every time.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Remote Support: Utilize remote desktop tools to assist users with system configurations and software installations securely.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialized support and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams promptly.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products, updates, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Remote Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or home office environment with reliable internet.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and standard troubleshooting protocols.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict performance metrics and KPIs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
