Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via chat, email, and phone to clients experiencing hardware or software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct remote diagnostics to identify root causes of system failures efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and data privacy standards while working remotely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
