As a night shift specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technical solutions, ensuring seamless operations while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively resolve critical issues before they impact users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure smooth handovers and knowledge transfer.
- Stay current with product updates and technical documentation to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
