Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support to end-users via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve recurring issues.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for junior support staff and document best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems; knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM EST).
- Environment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
