Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues via remote access and phone support.
- Manage and resolve high-priority support tickets within established SLA metrics.
- Document technical procedures and user interactions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system stability and user experience.
- Conduct system monitoring during night shift hours to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Provide clear, concise guidance to non-technical users regarding software and hardware issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Strong proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment with high energy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
