- Provide 24/7 technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team when necessary.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by delivering empathetic and clear solutions.
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace and adhere to company remote work policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST/PST).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting tools.
