- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and corporate sectors
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize industry-specific software (ExpressScribe, Dragon) for efficient processing
- Perform quality edits and formatting to meet client specifications
- Manage daily transcription quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve inconsistencies and clarify audio content
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical terminology (BLS/CPR certification a plus)
- Advanced command of English grammar, punctuation, and style guides
