- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client materials
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software and footnoting conventions
- Meet daily turnaround deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Research and verify specialized terminology in medical/legal/technical fields
- Format documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional English grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- Ability to type 80+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent software
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Experience with medical/legal/technical terminology preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
