- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive content
- Utilize specialized transcription software and quality control tools
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, general)
- Perform self-edits and address client feedback promptly
- Participate in continuous training on industry terminology
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe)
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and style guides
- Ability to handle technical terminology in assigned domains
