- Accurately transcribe audio recordings into written documents with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client materials
- Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Format transcripts according to client specifications (legal, medical, or general)
- Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently
- Research and clarify technical terminology as needed
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in transcription software (Express Scribe, InqScribe, etc.)
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and style guides
- Ability to focus for extended periods with minimal distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Experience with industry-specific terminology (legal/medical preferred)
- Time management skills for independent remote work
