- Meet daily transcription quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedals efficiently
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Communicate with project managers for clarification and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology (specialty preferred)
