- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive legal and medical content
- Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and factual accuracy
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Format transcripts according to client-specific style guides
- Communicate with project managers to resolve unclear audio segments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional English grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to type 80+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Experience with medical/legal terminology preferred
