- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Meet daily/weekly production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF, etc.)
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through reference materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Minimum 80 words per minute typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in audio playback software and transcription tools
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (industry-specific certification preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
