Responsibilities

- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Meet daily/weekly transcription deadlines with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Format transcripts according to client-specific style guides
- Utilize AI-assisted tools while maintaining quality control
- Communicate proactively with project coordinators on special requirements
- Participate in quarterly quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 90+ words per minute typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical terminology (CPC or CMT preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Expertise in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar transcription software
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
