- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy and adherence to client formatting guidelines
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and secure file management systems
- Research and clarify technical terminology, proper nouns, and industry-specific jargon
- Proofread transcripts for grammatical errors, punctuation, and consistency
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance requirements
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable portfolio
- Proficiency in typing 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Familiarity with ExpressScribe, InScribe, or equivalent transcription platforms
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and proofreading
