Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software (ExpressScribe, Dragon) for efficient workflow
- Perform quality assurance checks and edit transcripts for grammar/technical accuracy
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Research and clarify complex terminology through specialized databases
- Format documents according to client specifications (APA, legal briefs, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology (medical/legal preferred)
