Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical/legal audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient/client data
- Format documents according to client specifications (BOS, AMA, etc.)
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software (Express Scribe, Otter.ai)
- Collaborate with QA team for continuous improvement
- Manage deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven 80+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical terminology (BOS certified preferred)
