- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Format and edit transcripts using our specialized software tools
- Meet daily/weekly production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Research and clarify technical terminology through provided references
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
- Manage digital file organization and secure data transfer protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in typing 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Experience with ExpressScribe, InqScribe, or equivalent transcription software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
