- Transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy using our proprietary platform
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity while ensuring final document quality
- Meet daily production targets across diverse specialty dictations
- Collaborate with quality assurance specialists for continuous improvement
- Manage multiple client accounts with competing deadlines
- Participate in quarterly training on new medical terminology and technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical terminology (CPC or CCS preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations
- Expertise in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar platforms
- Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated time management abilities
