- Deadline Adherence: Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly production targets without compromising quality.
- Terminology Compliance: Apply correct medical, legal, or business terminology as required by the specific project.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion regarding sensitive information and proprietary data.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize transcription platforms and tools (e.g., Express Scribe, Dragon) efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Typing Skills: Minimum 50-60 WPM with high accuracy (error rate under 1%).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and correct minor discrepancies in audio and text.
- Internet Access: Stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and transcription tools is preferred.
- Experience: Prior transcription experience is highly desirable.
