- Meet daily production quotas within strict deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive client data.
- Use transcription software and tools efficiently to maximize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous transcription experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent command of the English language (grammar and spelling).
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
