- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality across all deliverables
- Utilize specialized transcription software and edit for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Research and resolve unclear terminology using industry-specific resources
- Format documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Submit daily productivity reports and maintain detailed work logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable references
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) and impeccable grammar skills
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent transcription software
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies in audio
