- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe content into text with high accuracy and speed.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Adhere to specific formatting guidelines and client requirements for every project.
- Manage multiple audio files and deadlines efficiently within a remote work environment.
- Ensure complete confidentiality and data security of all sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of at least 60 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and vocabulary.
- Proficiency with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
