- Transcribe audio/video recordings into accurate, formatted documents with 99%+ accuracy
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency
- Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Utilize transcription software and voice recognition tools efficiently
- Adapt to diverse accents, dialects, and technical terminology
- Communicate proactively with project managers for clarification
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Typing speed of 85+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe)
- Strong command of English grammar and medical/legal terminology
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
