Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and convert them into written text with high accuracy and speed.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Adhere to specific formatting guidelines and client requirements for each project.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage file uploads and organize transcribed documents securely within our system.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to type at least 40-50 WPM (words per minute).
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to distinguish between different accents and audio qualities.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and vocabulary.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
