Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Format documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and digital tools
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficient in 70+ WPM typing with exceptional grammar skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology (BLS or CMT certification preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple file formats (MP3, WAV, etc.)
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Strong time management and self-discipline for remote work
- Experience with ExpressScribe or equivalent transcription software
