- Ensure 99%+ accuracy in transcriptions with strict adherence to client formatting guidelines
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software and digital tools for efficient workflow
- Research and clarify technical terminology using reference materials
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience in medical/legal fields
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription software
- Exceptional listening comprehension and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Relevant certification (CMT or equivalent) preferred
