- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 98%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and style requirements per client specifications
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and factual accuracy
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software and research tools efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Uphold HIPAA/GDPR compliance for sensitive content
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology (specialized roles available)
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Ability to handle 3-5 hour audio files per day
- Strong time management and self-discipline for remote work
