- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 98%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general content
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize industry-specific terminology and formatting requirements
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality assurance
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments
- Manage transcription workflow using our proprietary software platform
- Complete quality reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (certification preferred)
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, oTranscribe, or equivalent software
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammar proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
