Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and draft professional responses
- Organize digital files, maintain cloud-based document systems, and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentation materials for leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications
- Assist with project management tasks including tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Provide proactive support for special initiatives and ad-hoc administrative projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant or administrative professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of data confidentiality protocols and secure document handling
