Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, document preparation, and data entry with precision
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentation materials
- Oversee email communication, filtering priorities, and drafting professional responses
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Perform bookkeeping duties including expense reports and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional administrative or virtual assistance experience
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
