As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, supporting senior executives and ensuring seamless communication across our projects.
This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of a growing US-based company. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with ease.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Screen and prioritize incoming emails, draft professional correspondence, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, gather data for reports, and prepare comprehensive presentations.
- Project Administration: Track project milestones, update databases, and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.
- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
