Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize high-volume email correspondence and draft professional responses on behalf of executives.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visa processing.
- Conduct in-depth market research and prepare comprehensive reports to support business strategy.
- Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Manage internal calendars, set up video conferences, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and preparing presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote work environment.
