We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing team based in Jacksonville, FL. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while supporting high-level executives and operational management.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence and internal communications with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct online research and compile detailed reports on market trends, competitors, and other relevant topics.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, managing deliverables, and updating project trackers.
- Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure business continuity.
- Screen incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong command of the English language with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, noise-free workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
