Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily email correspondence and calendar scheduling.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports for internal review.
- Assist with social media content management and community engagement.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Perform data entry, file organization, and document formatting.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Support project management tasks using digital tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
