Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming email correspondence and draft professional communications on behalf of executives.
- Conduct online research to gather industry insights and compile detailed reports for business development.
- Manage CRM databases, update client records, and ensure high data accuracy.
- Assist with project management tasks, including setting milestones and tracking progress.
- Organize digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Process invoices and handle expense reporting with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant in a remote setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
