Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications with discretion
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including setup, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data security protocols are maintained
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholder communications
- Assist with project management tasks, including deadline tracking and progress updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
